I was a little surprised alphashootingsports.com had the items I was looking for, because a few other sites were completely sold out when I checked.

The site was easy to use and showed what was actually available without making me click through a bunch of pages, which I appreciated. Ordering was simple too, though I’ll admit I got a little uneasy after paying and started wondering if everything would actually go through okay.

In the end, the main thing for me was that they had the stuff in stock, and that part worked out. No major complaints, just that normal bit of distrust that kicks in after you send payment online and have to wait

It actually arrived quicker than I expected, which was nice. The tracking didn’t really keep up and felt a bit useless for a while, but that’s kind of what I expect when companies make everything sound smoother than it really is. Overall, shipping was quick.

I ordered a few parts and the quality was better than I expected. Everything fit cleanly and felt solid, which is really what matters. I did notice one small mark in the finish, so I’m giving it 4 stars, but it wasn’t a big deal. Like with anything, it’s worth giving the parts a quick check when they arrive

I had to return something and I was a little nervous about how it would go, but Alpha Shooting Sports made it painless, support got back to me fairly quickly and sent over the return details, then the refund came through without me having to keep emailing or chase anyone down, so overall it was simple and I didn’t get any weird runaround, I’d buy from them again

I really wanted to like this build, but it was frustrating. At 50 yards, the groups were all over the place, and I kept running into feeding problems. I’m trying to be fair, but for what I expected, this just didn’t perform well at all.

I’m giving 2 stars because the package did arrive, but a couple of the items weren’t the ones I’m sure I selected. I don’t have every detail saved, so maybe there’s something I’m missing, but it didn’t seem right when I opened it. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it still took extra time to get everything sorted. I just wish orders were checked a little more carefully before being shipped.

The place is decent overall, but the prices kept bothering me. It’s not terrible, and I didn’t hate it, but it just feels a little too pricey for what you get. I kept thinking the same thing the whole time, it’s fine, but why is it so expensive?

The menu also wasn’t super clear, so finding basic info took more clicks than I expected. Not the worst experience, but definitely a little frustrating...

I tried to get help with a warranty issue, and it just felt like I kept getting passed around. The replies were slow and didn’t really answer much — well, they answered, but not in a way that actually helped. It kind of felt like nobody wanted to deal with it, which was disappointing after buying from them. Frustrating overall, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.
